In todays world I think that we find it so easy to get annoyed, frustrated or upset with just the smallest things that in the grand scheme of things honestly aren't that important.
When we are running late for work, an appointment or for a dinner we become aggressive on the roads yelling at other cars/drivers and then making up excuses for why we are late. How is this healthy?
It's so easy to live in a toxic way that we become angry and 'vent' on facebook so that people see our sides even if we embellish or exaggerate the situation.
I have decided to stop, take a calm breath in and smile and remember to be thankful for the great things in life.
It's easy to blame people and things around us and not accept responsibility for actions that we take.

Be thankful that day that you made it home safe and accept that you were in the wrong and remember that getting to your destination safely is more important than speeding. So many people take driving as a right and not a privilage. We feel we have a right to get angry at drivers around us because we are in a car, would you behave in the same manner if you weren't in a car? Who says that the way that person is driving is wrong?
When talking negatively about somebody behind their backs or gossip how is this good or positive in our lives?
When we have a bad experience we tell the same story to 10 people and vent (and exaggerate the story) to get sympathy or some sort of validation we were in the 'right' and for what? What does this achieve?
I want to start living a happy positive life where complaining doesn't exist, gossip doesn't occur and never 'rushing'. If I am running late send a text to my friend to let them know and drive safely to meet them. Because when life is so short it seems pointless to waste any moments in a negative way. We spend so much time focusing on our flaws and not embracing our
Starting today I will make an effort to be happy, positive and full of love. Ignoring the bad stuff and embracing the good.
